Description of GW38 series:
GW38-40.5~252/630~4000 Type Three post Horizontal Double break disconnector
Double break is good for reducing the distance and station arranging, especially for indoor station.
Because of electric rod's self-rotation and switching structure and having self-locking function, it has strong property of motor performance resistance. Meanwhile, it can resist motor, wind pressure, earthquake and other outside power.
Contact and finger's on and off way is sliding rotation, having strong self-clean ability.
In the galvanic circle, the section is the combination structure made by screw fix linking, having the good property of stable flowing, high reliability, simple change way and convenient adding volume way.
In the galvanic circle, the contact and finger is made by T2Y pure copper tap whose connecting part is coated by 30μ M silver.
Finger spring is made by the stainless steel and its design is the inside hiding and outside press structure which is convenient for testing and changing.
The bearing has changed from the bevel rear structure to the Universal connecting rod drive structure, having the advantage of simple structure, high intensity, convenient operation way and safety enough.
Bearing block is made by high-intensity casting steel (disposed by hot zinc coating), the height can be adjusted and have the function of damping.
